  • Free shipping on all orders and COD Payments method.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Items may ship separately from supplier warehouses.
  • You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order ships and can view status in your account.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may incur import duties/taxes—these are the recipient’s responsibility and can delay delivery.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • Verify your address at checkout. Changes after processing may not be possible. Returned packages may incur reshipment fees or a partial refund.

Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items

  • Report damaged, defective, or missing items within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after investigation.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Most items are returnable within 10 days if unused and in original condition. Some items (e.g., opened beauty products) may be final sale. Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return.
